No Need to Replace Because of Rot

When urethane coating did not stand up to the splashed water, leaving the pine siding black with rot, I thought I might have to replace the pine or cover it with vinyl. After using Seal-It Maintenance Cleaner and Seal-It Wood Sealant, no other repair will be required.
