Landscaping; maintain desired appearance of coloured concrete, no seepage
In my business, Site Specific Works, we design and manufacture concrete into functional objects such as furniture and water features for our customers' landscaping needs.
We first used Seal-It Top Seal in March of 2001 and we continue to use it as there have been no signs of decreased performance of the sealant once applied to the concrete. The sealant does not change the visible appearance of our creations and they maintain the look they were meant to have. Our pieces sometimes incorporate an add mixture for colour, Top Seal maintains the true colour through all weather conditions. We will continue to use Seal-It Top Seal on all our projects.

We knew Seal-It as a customer, so we used their concrete sealant.
After we decided to use a salt brine for our newly conctructed outdoor swimming pool, we realized the concrete would be vulnerable.
Not only would the concrete be damaged by the salt, but also, in our area, concrete is affected negatively by "freeze/thaw" cycles.
We knew Seal-It as a customer, so we used their concrete sealant.
Now twelve years later my neighbor is building his outdoor pool.
Realizing how well my pool concrete has survived, made the decision to have his concrete treated with Seal-It Concrete Sealant easy.
Also, a few years ago, I had told a freind in B.C. who was a swimming pool builder, how well Seal-It was working for me. He had been complaining how much trouble the salt brine was causing him, but he chose to marry wealth rather than do anything about the pools!

Odor, lock in what you can’t wash away!
We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the success of the concrete seal project that was undertaken in July of 2002.
Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation (PBCN) is responsible for a number of houses used by the teaching staff in our community. Three of these houses had experienced storm water and waste water “back-ups”, or overflows into “living” areas. Even after “clean-up” was completed we were receiving complaints of “bad smell”. No amount of cleaning could control the smell. We realized the smell was coming from within the concrete. Seal-It Services were contracted to seal the concrete.
The smells have been sealed into the concrete and there have been no complaints since.

Relief for the Chemically Sensitive
As a person with Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, using paints, stains, sealants, etc... has often meant being ill from fumes and contents. Aside from the fact that Seal-It products work really well, the major plus is, for me, that they do not trigger migraines, nausea or asthma attacks that would plague me around other products. I can handle the material and the skin on my hands does not crack and peel. My partner is a Seal-It distributor and I often help him with the materials ~ packaging or preparing the sealants for sale or for application, clean-up of tools, preparing sample sized products for demos, using the products in our own lives ~ and I can honestly say that I have yet to have a reaction to any of the products. It has been a real challenge to find products that work thoroughly and efficiently without making me ill and I'm happy to say that Seal-It makes that grade.

We are happy to endorse SealMaxx of Greater Atlanta. Our experience was very positive on every level. The work done by David McWhirter and his crew was very satisfying from the process itself (We are particularly pleased with the restoration of a thirty year old trellis.) to the care given to our property and the clean up. We intend to use them for other work.

Saved me a fortune!
SealMaxx treated my driveway about 3 years ago. The rain had been causing my drive to deteriorate, and the aggregate was starting to become exposed. I knew that it was only a matter of time before I was going to be forced to replace the driveway. The SealMaxx guys came out, and in one day cleaned and sealed the concrete. Ever since then, the driveway has not worn away one bit. SealMaxx has no doubt saved me a fortune I would have had to spend on removing and having a new driveway poured.

No expensive re-sealing required
SealMaxx restored my 19 year old deck, which was grey and ugly, and made it look new again. It is great to know I will never have to worry about sealing it again, as I have done that in the past, and it can get expensive. I looked at other companies, but everyone else just bought some sealant at a hardware store and put it on for you. SealMaxx’s 25 year guarantee is well worth the little bit of extra money up front. SealMaxx was a great solution for me, as it would be for anyone with a wooden deck.

New deck? Friends think so!
We have lived in our home for over 25 years. It has a huge wrap around wood deck which must be pressure washed every other year followed by deck preservative. This year we recently used the SEAL-IT MAINTENANCE CLEANER and SEAL-IT WOOD SEALANT preservative. A friend who hadn’t visited us for 8 or 9 years stepped onto the porch and said “I see you have a new porch”.
It did look like a new porch. The SEAL-IT cleaner and sealant proved to be very effective in drawing out the imbedded dirt and allowed the natural color of the wood to emerge. We are very pleased with the result.

Dedication to customer needs
David Sharpstene refinished our deck. The deck had two coats of old stain, acrylic paint and more stain. It was a mess. After David power washed with soap, sealed and sanded, it looks brand new. We are very pleased with his work and dedication to doing a wonderful job and pleasing his customer.

Rough tiled floor; difficult clean made easy
Dear Sir: We recently applied your product "Top Seal" as a protective floor coating in our restaurant. The floor has been "tiled" with a "sliced" paving stone in keeping with the paving stones used by the city for the sidewalk outside our restaurant. After a few maple syrup spills, we realized that cleaning this rough surface would be challenging.
I was surprised how fast and easy it was to apply your product. We just sprayed it on in minutes with a small bottle sprayed. The addition of Seal-It Top Seal has created a surface that is easily cleaned. We sweep and wet mop the floor every day, and because of Top Seal, we get a better and easier clean. And there does not seem to be any wearing of the Top Seal, as water still "beads" on the floor.
